If you would like to try on our shoes before making a purchase, please proceed to book an appointment here (we do not accept walk-ins).

Please note that we do not accept cash payment in store.

 

Self-Collection

Orders purchased online may be self-collected instead. If you have selected this option, please please proceed to book an appointment here before dropping by to pick your order.

 

Local Delivery Within Singapore

Orders purchased in Singapore are sent via Qxpress which will take 1 to 2 working days after the parcel is picked up.

All orders will be arranged for a courier pick up within 2-3 business days of receiving payment unless there is an issue with your order. You will be notified as soon as possible.

A parcel tracking number will be sent to your email once the shipment is created.

 

Delivery To West And East Malaysia (Tax Free)

West and East Malaysia orders are mailed using Tracked Packages and shipping will be free and will be tax free.

All orders will be arranged for a courier pick up within 2-3 business days of receiving payment unless there is an issue with your order. You will be notified as soon as possible.

A parcel tracking number will be sent to your email once the shipment is created. Allow 2-5 days for the designated courier company to deliver your order.

 

International Delivery

Orders purchased outside of Singapore and Malaysia will be quoted a shipping fee or deposit at checkout, with an estimated delivery duration.

For deposits, the actual shipping fees will be checked and difference will be informed.

Otherwise, please reach out to us if you’re not quoted a shipping fee at checkout.
