You can visit our store and try our products first before making an on the spot purchase at our Singapore outlet located at 369 Joo Chiat Road S427614 The Strength Yard. Details of our store operating hours can be seen here.
Self-Collection
Orders purchased online may be self-collected instead. If you have selected this option feel free to visit our store within operating hours to pick up your order, details of our store can been here.
Local Delivery Within Singapore
*For time sensitive orders, we would recommend self-collection instead.
Orders purchased in Singapore are sent via Qxpress which will take 1 to 2 working days after the parcel is picked up.
Local shipping will be free with a minimum spending of $100.
All orders will be arranged for a courier pick up within 2-3 business days of receiving payment unless there is an issue with your order. You will be notified as soon as possible.
A parcel tracking number will be sent to your email once the shipment is created.
Express Delivery To West And East Malaysia
West and East Malaysia orders are mailed using Tracked Packages.
Shipping will be free with a minimum spending of $100.
All orders will be arranged for a courier pick up within 2-3 business days of receiving payment unless there is an issue with your order. You will be notified as soon as possible.
A parcel tracking number will be sent to your email once the shipment is created. Allow 2-5 days for the designated courier company to deliver your order.
Express Delivery To Bangkok
Bangkok orders are mailed using Tracked Packages.
Shipping will be free with a minimum spending of $100.
All orders will be arranged for a courier pick up within 2-3 business days of receiving payment unless there is an issue with your order. You will be notified as soon as possible.
A parcel tracking number will be sent to your email once the shipment is created. Allow 2-5 days for the designated courier company to deliver your order.
International Delivery
Orders purchased outside of Singapore and Malaysia will be quoted a shipping fee or deposit at checkout, with an estimated delivery duration.
For deposits, the actual shipping fees will be checked and difference will be informed.
Otherwise, please reach out to us if you’re not quoted a shipping fee at checkout.
